• Federal offers a wide range of durable and dependable 3-A level filling systems for free-flowing liquid products that require consistent fill levels.
• Federal’s level fillers are recognised for their dependable performance and for the decades of service they provide with routine maintenance, which P&G Packaging Ltd providing the aftercare servicing.
• Similar to all Federal fillers, the level fillers are authorised to display the 3-A symbol which assure the fillers satisfy or exceed recognised industry standards for hygienic design and construction.
• The level fillers are designed for hot, cold and ambient fill applications. Along with offering over twenty valve options for specific product requirements.
• Eleven footprints and bowl pitch diameters are offered, from 12 to 120 filling valves. All Federal level fillers are available in monobloc filler capper, tri-bloc rinser filler capper and filler-only configurations.

Offered in three series, accomodating a wide range of container sizes and shapes: G,K and S.

• G series level fillers are optimised for 1 Gallon (3.78L) and ½ Gallon (1.89L) containers.
• K series level fillers are optimised for 16 oz. (473ml) to ½ Gallon (1.89L) containers.
• S series level fillers are optimised for single serve sizes from 6 oz. (177ml) to 16 oz. (473ml) containers.

Glass Bottle Level Filling Systems

Popular applications for the Federal Glass Bottle Fillers include: cold filling fluid milk, ambient filling of retort processed coffee drinks and hot filling of juices, juice drinks and iced teas.

Design features include:

• Centering cones on all filling valves.
• Spring loaded filling valves.
• Spring loaded filling pedestals.
• Spring loaded infeed timing screw back plate.
• Clutches on infeed and discharge starwheels.

The design features are focused on eliminating bottle chipping and breaking, and on protecting key filler components including filling valves and container handling parts.
